My one on one classes offer the most intimate sessions tailored to your specific needs. This gives us the time to explore everything that might come up for you in depth.
My group classes are kept to a low number of participants to ensure a trusting and safe environment. Groups are a great way to learn about Circle of Security with like minded people.
